The customer service left much to be

desired during our stay. While the room was adequately clean and comfortable, the staff seemed unhelpful when we encountered issues. It's disappointing because the location is great and the amenities had potential.

Ask for the room with the half wall design for added comfort and a more spacious feel.

Checked in after a long day, and the staff was quite accommodating. however, my room key didn't work initially, causing confusion when I returned to find someone else in my assigned room. The manager quickly apologized and upgraded me, but the suite had a musty smell and an ineffective cooling system. Although I appreciated the prompt service, the experience highlighted a concerning lapse in security that was unsettling. Breakfast options like tandoori dishes were a delightful surprise, adding a nice touch to the stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Best Western Plus Mountain View Auburn Inn. The room was spacious with two comfy queen beds, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The breakfast options were fantastic too, with delicious made-to-order burritos and a great variety of other choices like eggs, bacon, and fresh fruit. Every morning felt like a treat!

Parking was a bit tight at times.

Had an awesome time with friends here! We loved visiting Mike N Terry's Outdoor Fun Park and the local casino for some fun activities. The staff was super friendly, and the rooms were comfy, making it a perfect home base to explore the area's golfing and shopping options. Breakfast was great too, setting us up for a fun day ahead.

However, one thing that bothered us was the ongoing renovations. it did create some noise and made the atmosphere a bit off during our stay.

Man, let me tell you, the staff was genuinely friendly, handing me a cold bottle of water right at check-in! And that morning breakfast? They had everything from made-to-order omelets to fresh waffles, it was like I hit the jackpot!

It wasn’t cheap but still pretty reasonable considering the amenities offered.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free parking, wi-fi, and a fitness centre. The staff once helped me find a lost jewel, showcasing their care. Highly recommend for your stay! I'm coming back for Easter.
